Notes

Afternoon swim. With this being my 4th cross train this week, I took it at the same intesnity but shorter. I did a solid ladder:

138 kick warm up

322 warm up

46-92-138-184-230-230-184-138-92-46 ladder with 30 secs easy water jog inbetween

138 kick cool down

322 cool down

Took a little bit to get going but ounce I did I felt.pretty good. Had a good.pull. My legs felt a little sore. Nice day.
