Distance run. Was with Matt, Nate, Rylaarsdam and Andre at Ludington state park. We first started off running to the lighthouse which included 2 miles on sand. After that it was a lot of trail running. We were going pretty slow but it was a fun time being with the boys again. Goal was 9-10 so I just tried to be around 70 minutes. Felt a little tired from the night before. Fun weekend with everyone! Looking forward to the wedding Friday
