Distance run in GR. Drove over and ran with Matt. We did 5.75 together, averaging about 6:55-7:00 pace according to Matt's GPS watch. Then finished up the rest on my own. Did 4 strides the last .75 mile or so. Around 80 degrees this whole run so pretty warm, started feeling the heat by the end. Nice to catch up with Matt!
