Notes

Treadmill hill workout. 3x(30 seconds at 10%, 1 minute at 8%, 1:30 at 6%, 2:00 at 4%). Recovery was just 1:1 (so 30 seconds after 30 seconds, minute after a minute, etc). It was around -5 out with -20 wind chill so didn't feel like dealing with that. Workout wasn't too bad. My parents treadmill maxes out at 6:00 pace so every hill interval was at 10 mph. The 8% intervals were actually pretty tough but everything else wasn't too bad. Just got the effort in today.
