Notes

Light workout today to open up the legs for Saturday. Smaller group again like Tuesday. Workout was 4x150 strides w/250 jog recovery then 4x200 cruise w/400 jog recovery. Strides were like normal strides. I paced my 200s based off of Philly and how I felt. Went 33-33-32-31 and felt very smooth for all of them. Feeling ready for a fast 5k on Saturday.
