Ruanthon. Overall i am very happy with this workout. I didnt have to take any breaks and just keep hitting every mile. It started kinda slow i thought and really easy, except for the crappy music by the girls. When we turned around at mile 5 i was barely breathing that hard and fianlly after mile 6 slowed back down i took over the lead and got us going. After i got to the lead Steven was there for a mile then Drew came up which was the group 2 stradgy. We cranked the last 4 miles. I really wanted to be under an hour and we came with 300 to go at 59:00. Our last lap was 79-80 and we finished at 1 hour flat. Very happy with the runathon. I felt good and then the last 2 miles i got blisters which were the only thing i knew was going to get me but they didnt pop and i held in there those last 2 miles. I snapped at Stowers which i apologized for because of his crazy thinking with his IT. It was great to see Kyle step up even if he puked i was proud of him. Drew did good and peed for a half a lap. Splits were 6:22-6:19- 6:13-6:07-5:59-6:01-5:52 (i lead the rest of the way)- 5:49-5:42-5:29. The last 2 miles (mainly last) were the only time i noticed my breathing pick up. I felt strong and relaxed. I still think the first miles could have been 3-5 secs faster and we still would have been good. O well still a solid workout. We did get lapped by group 1 ounce but they all had great days.
