Notes

Distance run+strides on the track. This is everything minus the strides and jog recovery. Pretty cool out this morning which felt really nice. Had to run early because I'm booked the whole day and didn't feel like running at 8:30PM. Legs are continuing to recover but still are not quite there yet. They felt awkward on the strides. I would like to do some form of threshold workout this week either today or tomorrow depending on how the legs feel.
