Notes

60 min fartlek indoors. Surged from B to D upstairs. Legs were tight from lifting, but I wanted to make this completely continuous, so I did the whole run by myself. It was a good workout overall. I have a mild case of shin splints in my right ankle, I plan to get new trainers of Sunday.
