Distance run. Drove to Island Lake and ran in the trails for 70 minutes. It was raining steady the entire first half of the run. I was enjoying that until the back half where going through puddles and low hanging plants was starting to get annoying. Went out 35 minutes, came back in 34 and added on to get to 70. Felt good though!
