Notes

The guys were doing their workout today, but I need to get healthy. Ran to GRCHS with the guys then ran around the track with Hendrik while the guys did their workout. Pretty nasty wind. Workout looked ok overall. Hendrik and I were told to do 10 minutes of brisk on the way back. We averaged 5:55-6:00 pace for that according to Hendrik's GPS watch. We were told to just stay relaxed and not breathe heavy at all. It felt good actually which was a pleasant surprise for me. Finished up around Calvin to get to 10.5 miles total. I feel like my energy is there, but I am still very congested. If the congestion clears up, I'm positive I will be good to go for Saturday.
