Notes

Afternoon swim workout. Did the same thing as last week only with different stroke.

184 kick warm up

276 warm up

46-92-138-184-230-184-138-92-46 aflternate free/breast stroke with 15 regular/military/wide arm push ups inbetween each

184 kick cool down

276 cool down

Got better as the workout went on. Felt crappy at the start but felt good by the end. Good swim workout. Pool was 78 degrees because the heater has been on the whole week, so water was not as bad as last week.
