Notes

Another day of 1200's. Again I was in sophmore group 1 with Alex, Nick, Brenden, and Sean. We all knew from last week that are first one was to slow so we went out faster and came in at a good pace. The 2nd one didnt feel faster, but it was and i was leading which might explain it because 4:16 to me last week didnt feel that bad. Then Steen told us to take it about 5 seconds slower. We slowed it down just a little bit to much for the next two, but they were consistant. Then on the 5th one it was just me and Brenden as Sean and Alex both fell way back and Nick had a side pain. Then Saul told us to let Sean lead cause it was his last one. I could tell it was easy and when we came in the time was way slower then any before. Then on the 7th it was me and Brenden doing are 7th and Nick doing his 6th. I took the pace out fast and did not slow down. Brenden and Nick fell back just a little bit, but they caught right back up. I finished very strong which made me happy. My legs felt fine and my shins felt fine with shoes on, plus for ounce my cardio system got a workout, but it didnt feel like total bad until the 7th. It was a good 1200 day. Also Alekh is still doing very good with varsity workouts, if he keeps it up r sophmore class will be really good with him as the front runner, and me, Nick, Brenden, Alex right behind him making a very strong 1-5 and even Rahul has shown there's great races in his future.
