Running to and around meet. Ran from Grinch's house with Bean and Hendrik to the park. Ran around the course for a bit until 45 minutes. Ran about 5 minutes for guys race. Ran another 16 minutes quick around the course. Then another 5 minutes during the women's race. Great to see the guys take care of business and the women pull a spectacular come back from 2 weeks ago!
