Notes

2nd half of the double. 5k about 65 minutes from finishing the 10k. Got pretty warm before this. Up into the mid-70s with real feel being a few ticks higher. Switched into my regular flats for this. Really just using this as a workout. Ran it all out. First mile didn't feel too bad but then my legs exploded going up the hill around 1.5 miles. Ran as hard as I could but ouch, this hurt. Got the win by about 3 minutes.
