Notes

Up tempo progression run down the Whalon lake path. I can't remember my miles exactly but they were something like 6:37, 6:30, 6:22, 6:18, 6:07, 6:00, 5:54, 5:44. My legs felt a little dead and my watch was all overall the place on pace, so I kept having to do surges or slow down to get the correct pace. I really need to figure out a better way to handle that. Most the back half sucked because it was all back into the wind. The only miles I really felt good on were the last 2 which happened to be my fastest. Don't know if that's a good or a bad thing. Left hammy was still a little tight, but it was better then yesterday. Tomorrow I'm doing 6 and either alactic hills or 10 minutes barefoot depending on my hamstring, so a good chance for legit recovery tomorrow.
