Notes

Long run. Race is next Sunday so it's time to start tapering a bit. Just decided to cut off 10 minutes from last week. Probably the first long run on a warmer morning. I had to stop to get a drink around the 1 hour mark. Because of the warmer weather, I tried to keep the pace a little bit under control more. Didn't eat the healthiest dinner last night so I felt kind of sluggish at the beginning. Felt better as the run went on. Last couple miles were a little tough as they were really the only hilly miles on the whole run. Taper really starts tomorrow.
