Notes

Hills this AM. It rained the whole night so I figured the Arb would be a muddy disaster. Looked for a hill on the road and ended up going to West Medical Drive. It just stopped raining when I started so it was still pretty muggy. Decided to do 30 minutes of straight up/downs. The hill is 460 meters long. It is more of a double step hill where it starts up, flattens out, then goes up again. Ended up doing 8 up/downs. Felt better as I woke up more and got more warmed up. Went 1:38-1:35-1:34-1:34-1:32-1:31-1:30-1:30. Solid workout.
