Mile at 10k pace followed by a 400 jog then 8x300 at 3k pace w/100 jog recovery. Legs felt good enough to give a workout a go. Wanted to do nothing super intense and just wanted to get the legs moving again. Short rest 300s were perfect and the opening mile was just to add some volume. I was a little tired from the past two nights and my back was a little sore from my softball game last night but I hit my paces perfectly. Solid workout!
