M pace. We started at a good pace going through 2 miles in 11:04. At 2.5 miles my stomach started to hurt really bad. I tried holding the same pace, but I felt like I was going to puke. A easy jogged for 37 secs (timed) then just went at a faster pace were my stomach didnt hurt. What I think happened was in swim Mr. Petit let us out of swim 4 mins later then ussual. I didnt eat my bannana until about 2:06, we start running at 2:15, then my stomach really going on the m pace upset it. So no big deal, I got 23:20, but I subtracted the 37 secs but who knows what my time would have been had my stomach not started hurting. Decent workout, not horrible, but not great. My legs felt a little junky at the start. Achillis felt great, I didnt wear a sock so thats a good sign. Decided im going to start running workouts with drew again, he looked great today and went out a little slower then me. I ran my best workouts in the summer with him.
