Easy medium long run. Last run in the ville this summer. Went with Bushelle and Steven. Steven was doing 9, so we went up modaff to the prarie path and back. Got a drink then did 3 with Bushie in KK then one more in the field at DRP. No brisk today, just wanted to get the mileage today. Felt pretty good and we were clicking off some 6:30s for awhile, so still had a little uptempo in there.
