Notes

Pre-raceish run. I know tomorrow's effort might not be a race effort, it's still going to be an A effort, so I figured it didn't hurt to go a little shorter today to feel fresher tomorrow. I just cut a bit off of a 6 mile loop I normally do and mapped it for distance.
