Pre-raceish run. With me doing that half marathon tomorrow, I switched my long run to tomorrow and did my usual Sunday run today. Went out to Gallup park and did an out and back on Border 2 Border trail. Took me a little bit to wake up but then I felt pretty good. GPS watch accurate.
