Notes

I know that over the last 4-5 nights, i have had a sleeping problem. Either i wake up in the middle of the night and can not fall back asleep, or it takes me a couple of hours to fall asleep. I have tried many things to fix it including switching pillows, switching beds, adjusting my fan, adjusting my blinds, deep breathing and relaxing, cutting out all electronics an hour before i go to bed, and praying. Hopefully it is just a rough patch and i will be back to sleeping normally. If it persists i will go see a docter, but if i stay positive and relaxed, i will be fine.
