Notes

Longer distance run. Felt like just putting in a solid hour this morning. Got better as it went on but never really felt good during the run. I think I just never really got warmed up and I haven't eaten healthy the past two nights. Like the legend Steve Saul once said (and he was probably quoting someone else), "You put crap in, you get crap out". Mapped for distance.
