Notes

Workout with mid-d today. 2x100 strides then 3x3x200. 45 secs rest after each 200, 5:00 rest inbetween sets, then a 300 all-out. Steen told me to hit my 200s at 29.5-30. This workout was pretty chill, I feel the 200s with Janota were harder then these. I stayed on my paces except for 2 of them when i hit 28.0 and 28.5. By the end I was leading the group. The sprinters took their first set too hard an payed for it later. I just paced with Brendan until the last set. The 300 all-out was solid. All the sprinters got in spikes, I just stayed in my flats and ran a 41. Roland and Ty ran a 40, so I was happy with my 300. The last 50 of the 300 was tough, but steen said I should have felt some lactic acid. Overall a good sprint endurance workout. Just have to keep strong!!

Not sure to count this as an interval or strides, but it was like an interval, so I call it that.
