Notes

Afternoon swim. Did my modified Taylor workout but added one extra 184 to each set so it went:

230 warm up

138 kick warm up

5x184 on/off

92 hard kick

5x184 on/off

138 kick cool down

230 cool down

Felt pretty good and the workout went by quick. Have been doing this workout for 2 or 3 weeks so I felt the need to bump it up like I did to my other swim workouts.
