Notes

6x150 w/250 jog recovery on the outdoor track! Legs were still feeling lethargic, so I did these like the spring break stride. Threw in a surge every 50 meters and really focused on the form Coach Dave talked to me about. Felt like I really did these with a purpose instead of just trying to go fast.
