1.5,1,.75,.5, in trainers, on the roads around campus w/3:30 rest. Needed this to be a positive effort after Monday and it was. I wore a nasal strip to help my breathing, but everything just felt so much better than Monday. I had a pep in my step again. Still started back a group to build into the workout more. The first campus loop felt pretty easy. I was not planning to go quicker until the 1200, but Pettinga made a move on the mile that I covered. Was still able to pick it up which was nice and Brookhouse came with me. Took less rest on the 800 to go run the other group. Just happy to have a positive effort where I felt good again
