Notes

Last long run of this training cycle. Was looking to go anywhere between 90-95 minutes. Did the same loop I did three weeks ago (my go to hilly long run route). Felt really strong the whole time which I think was helped by the low-60 temperatures. Only issue was when I had to stop at Burns park to poop around 70 minutes in but other than that it was a very solid last "long" run of the training cycle. I'll drop about 10 miles next week as I begin to taper for the half on May 20th.
