Rest of my run after camp. I did 12:00 of brisk in this so I'll call it steady. When I started, it was raining pretty hard. I did .5 mile to warm back up then went into the brisk. The first .25 mile was not fun or fast as I was running on the road getting drenched by cars coming by. Once I got to the Washington path, things went much better. Brisk felt very under control and covered 2 miles, so 6:00 average. Had my GPS watch going.
