Notes

Got right off the bike and right onto the elliptical. Did 40 minutes for an hour total of cross training. Did all 40 minutes on resistance level 15. Heart rate was 150-155 most of the time. I hadn't eating much since breakfast, so the last 15 minutes I started feeling low on energy. It was solid cross training day though and kept the heart rate in a good range the whole time.
