8 miles with a 10 minute pick up before the hills. Was solo. Went out to the prairie path of Blackwell. It was warm and sunny today, so I was just trying to find shade when I could. Was running 6:30s after the 3rd mile. 10 minute pick up went well. It was tougher given the warmer weather. I averaged 5:30 pace for it and according to my GPS watch got down to 5:10 pace by the end. 10:00 out ended up being 1.40 miles again.
