25 minute m-pace run on the track today. Overall very chill. Felt very relaxed and did not have to try at all. Was just cruising along. My quads were a little tight from running indoors yesterday, but other then that this felt great. Our goal was 5:50, our miles were 5:49, 5:48, 5:54, 5:44, 83 (last lap). Great workout, feel in great shape right now!! New run streak record too!
