Distance run on the treadmill. It was 5 degrees and, still, nothing had really been cleared yet. Didn't feel like dealing with that, so headed over to IM and got on a treadmill. Felt good. Started pretty slow to warm up but after about a mile I was doing 6:30s & 6:40s the rest of the way. I was checking my heart rate periodically and even at 6:30 pace, it was only around 143-145 beats per minute and it felt really easy. Definitely shows I'm getting in good shape! Treadmill was at 1.5 incline to try to simulate running outside.
