Notes

Due to me not racing this weekend because of a grad school visit, I did a different workout compared to everyone else. My workout was 2x2 mile tempo w/3-5 minutes in between followed by 3x400 w/400 jog recovery. Did the tempo on Reeds lake using the half mile markers set up. I remember from a workout sophomore year that these were fairly accurate. I took the first two miles a little slower than I wanted to in 11:10. Took a half mile jog in 3:50 then covered the next two miles in 10:50. The back half two miles are a steady uphill the whole time so that was solid. Ran back to Calvin after that to start my 400s.
