Notes

Our track was being used today, so most people went to Houseman to do their workout. The 10k guys ran to houseman, did 6x150 strides w/250 jog recovery, ran around houseman for a bit to watch some of the workout, then ran back to Calvin. To Houseman is about 4.25 each way, ran a mile on the track+strides. I am feeling more like myself each day. This was the best my legs have felt since the 10k. Wanted to do some brisk action, but no one else was really feeling it. Pace was still pretty solid overall though. Light lift after. Saving the bigger one for Thursday.
