Easy run out at Albion for the conference meet. It was a lot of staring and stopping due to watching events.We also basically just ran the same loops over and over again to stay close to the track. Got in an hour of running, so I was good with it. It was awesome to win in a year we were not sure if we could do it or not. I was also disappointed I didn't run again this year, but I at least tried to not make the same mistake I did last year and try to hammer this run. Hopefully at Grand Valley I can run something that will get my confidence going for the summer. I want to make one positive out of this lousy track season
