Solo distance run. Ran the morning wood loop which I have not done in awhile. Didn't feel like I was going that quick, so had to re map it when I finished in 53 minutes. A touch short of 8, but not by much. Legs still felt good after yesterday's faster long run, but I was still congested and having trouble breathing. The legs wanted to go 10, but the rest of the body said 8.
