Easy run at KK today. Best I have felt all week. Probably the cooler weather and 9+ hours of sleep helped. Was cruising pretty good, so this pace seems right. Oddest moment on the run...I was running 911 and was in a zone cruising about 30 minutes in. I had this thought that the only thing that could throw me out of my zone was tripping on a root or hitting a slick spot of mud. Sure enough, 30 seconds later, I went to turn, it a patch of mud and my feet went out from underneath me. I was fine, only got covered in mud, but it was weird to think about that right before it happened.
