By far the earliest and farthest swim ever. I cut my rest time in half so in 1 hour I did 3200 meters. The last 10 mins I was going on 45 sec. rest to somewhat simulate the m-pace pick-up the guys did today. I felt really good on this swim. I sad cause of my injury and that I have to bike in the room. I said though that even if I miss hornet and come back at Peoria I would warther come back a peroia 100% then come back at hornet 90% and get injuried again. Kyle is right, be patient and let it heal.
