2M warm up, 4 @HMP (with hills and general sluggishness this was more like MP, though GAP tells me I ran better than I thought), 2M cooldown. Yes, I cut this run down from 5 to 4 before I even started. R. glute/hamstring and plantar are in a lot of pain. This workout felt like I was SPRINTING the whole damn thing. Surprisingly, HR is low (watch wrong?). Shoes felt very hard & stiff for some reason.
