Notes

Walk/Run around subdivision loop. Ran about 1.5 miles of the 2.3 mile loop at a fairly slow pace. Plantar Fascia felt pretty good. Hips ached a lot though. Probably the extra 8 pounds I have put on since slowing down at the beginning of the year.
