Comment: "Decided to start biking today, probably a little overdue, but I felt pretty good. The first 8 miles was up hill into the wind, and it was pretty windy. The rest was with the wind on some rolling hills, so it was a pretty good workout, I'm gonna try to keep up biking two to three times a week depending on how much I'm running and working."
