Comment: "pretty darn hot, I waited until 6 to run. but it was still 95 when i left. Felt good the first 5 miles or so, and was going about 6:40 pace. I slowed down after that, more because of the heat than because of being sick. I still felt better than yesterday, so i think I am almost back to where I was before I got sick"
