Notes

The good, the bad and the ugly...first 4 miles 31:40, 8 miles 63:10...and then it got ugly. 8-10 wasn't that bad, but after that I just hit the wall. Legs got heavy and stomach was bothering me. Walked from about 14.75 to 15.5. Don't know why I felt so bad, maybe yesterday's workout...but definitely went out way faster than I should have, should have remembered the 15 miler from 2 weeks ago where I started slow and finished strong. Took a cliff shot block at about halfway, and I don't think my body took too kindly to that either. Oh well, win some, lose some. Good to at least get it done.
