Kinda crappy outside, cold and rainy, so took it to the crappy treadmill. I realized again how much I don't like it. Anyway, was a pretty good run, pushed it a little too hard for miles 2 and 3, dialed it back a little bit for mile 4 and then pushed a little more for last couple. Overall felt pretty good even after yesterday's run. Splits: 7:37 (1), 14:51 (2), 22:05(3), 29:34 (4) 36:56 (5)...
