i don't have my foam roller, so i can't do everything i want to do for my leg, but even with all of that, I think it's going well. i try to stretch a lot. the convention has been getting a little more exciting. today i ran around for a while in true large-event-planning fashion. i also saw nancy pelosi and met the governor of colorado (and his wife). tomorrow, it starts for real.
i was going to go swimming tomorrow morning, but you can't imagine how hard it is to find an open pool in this city.
