WO was 3 sets of 400 @ mile, 400 @ mile, 200 @ mile, 800 @ 3k with 30 seconds between reps and 2:30 after each set

Brian, Holly, and I were the only ones who did this WO and Coach Ryan never showed up...had leftover Moe's for lunch so felt like I was going to throw up the whole time but held it in...having a short quick WO allowed me to do the whole thing with Holly who was better at the 800s than me but I could lead most of the 400s and the 200s. It was nice to not be alone. I thought about calling the WO before the last set but I felt like I couldn't abandon Holly like I did in last weeks 800 workout. We also decided we wouldn't force ourselves to try to be "mile" and "3k" pace. Not a bad WO, kinda wish I wore spikes or something for it but didn't see the WO until I was at practice. Definitely think I need to work more on warming up for WOs, people don't really do many strides and there's a lot of waiting around which makes quick WOs feel not the best...maybe I'll add in 4x200s or even 4x100s beforehand

We decided as a group not to do the last 800, so I'm going to count this as a complete WO

the short rest kind of sucked and the back stretch was super windy (all our 200s were into the wind)

A step in the right direction so I'll try to stay positive
