first race (Middlebury)
Went out in front went through in like a 39....plan was to try to go through 800 in like 2:35 which I think I hit
Kicked too late bc I thought it was going to hurt more and I didn't have the speed I needed the last turn...it's hard to force yourself to run faster lol
luckily no foot pain during the race and my legs felt great afterwards
was 5:03 in feb 2 years ago so hopefully this means I'm getting back on track...goal was to try for 5:15 based on my fitness so pretty okay day
