WO (4 x 200 @ 3k-5k w/ 200m jog, 5 x 800s @ CV (2:50-2:54) w/ 2min jog, 5x400m @ VO2 (78-80) with 60 sec, 4 x 200m @ R (~37) w/ 200m jog
Only did 4x800s for the first part bc I had already done 2 of em yesterday
Calf really tight to start got slightly better but legs weren't feeling the best
Heel pain was not horrible once I got midway through the 800s but once I sat down after I cooled down the pain was so intense I could barely get my shoe off
